Album Info:Phase 3 begins with rebuilding the RR Crossing tracks. Rt 126 was detoured for 2 weeks around Bishop Street. Only the crossing flashers were used for trains with the gatetender visible for anyone trying to cross. The gatetender activated the bells and flashers and could turn them off manually. All the photos are from the late Philip M. Paradis.
