Mann. Here is a photo of (R to L) Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9766 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9766 is an EF-15A constructed in January of 1951 and retired in August of 1967 after just 16 years of service. In this context, this A-A set is pulling a manifest freight train from Altoona to Enola. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded. (Gift from Brad Mann.)
