| CRANDIC (Cedar Rapids and Iowa City) Railway covered hopper 2089 on a rainy Saturday afternoon in Rock Island, IL on 12-03-2011. The lettering appears to be somewhat off-centered. This is the first time I've seen this car. The State of Iowa graphic really adds a nice touch. I don't have any idea what made the grime or grimy streaks down the side of the carbody. |
