Close up of end of track on recently relaid Albany and Northern line
This is a close up of the end of track on the recently relaid old Albany and Northern trackaage at Cordele. The roadbed of the old A&N to Albany continued straight, toward the clump of trees, while the spur to the left is a new addition. I didn't have time to see where the new spur goes but would assume a new industry. Always good to see former trackage relaid....even if for a short distance.

General I'm betting that this is HOG. Not onlyis good to see new track, it is good to see new industry. Cordele must be doing something right. 5/13/2012 3:18:56 PM
