| I'm headed for Richmond, VA leading with a GE AC6000, stopped for traffic at former CP Sheppard Jct. at Benning yard in WDC. Taken by now retired conductor Chuck Wissing, on a train beside me (reason for unusual angle). Date approximate, but probably within a few days before that date. |
