I do believe that the #4022 is a F7A (I could be wrong though)

Thanks, Jay for your comment! What we know from Conrail's startup, F7A's (active) were numbered in series 1639-1894. Early year Conrail F7A photographs show former PC 1648 renumbered 1792 in CR blue. This was the only F7 to be repainted. However, 4022 was the former EL E-8A 833.
