| When I first moved to the Binghamton area, and for a number of years before that, I usually saw GP 38s or B23-7s on WABH 11. Late in 1988, there were GP 40s assigned, though they did not stay permanently til a few years later. Heres one working on the ex DLW, bringing some cars back from National Pipe in Vestal. The abandoned tracks in the ground served the Kilmer Building, out of view on the left. |
