Here is page three of a five-page article by Hamilton Peltz entitled "Highballing The Pennsylvania Special." It was published originally in the April 1972 issue of "Railroad" magazine, page 30. Photo Caption: "Pennsy No. 3155 ready to highball 'Pennsylvania Special' in this 1912 scene." Shown here is PRR engine #3155, an E-2D (4-4-2) "Atlantic" built in Juniata during 1906, rebuilt as an E-3SD in December of 1913, and retired in January of 1937.
