| Now part of the Escanaba and Lake Superior since the Milwaukee Road sold this line off 1980, the old depot looks to be in good shape, though a bit disused. Iron Mountain was once a center of railroad activity with the Chicago and Northwestern, Milwaukee Road and the Wisconsin and Michigan all working the area. This view is of the northwest corner. |
