| Though not the greatest Picture(dusk camera phone shot), it was the only one I got of these which were installed by Conrail(Or maybe Penn Central) at some point. According to my friend, they are New York Central in origin and were leftover from when the mergers happened there ended up being "Spare Parts" from all the Predecessor Railroads. |
