| Running along the open countryside with its passenger train is Canadian National 4-6-2 Pacific #5588. This loco was built by the Grand Trunk Rwy shops in 1911 as GTR #240 but in 1923, moved to the CN roster as their #5588 (serial #1513, class K-3-b). The loco was one of the fortunate few that was not scrapped but instead, placed on display in Windsor, Ontario, Canada circa early 1970's. No date, location or photographer was listed for the photo. |
