Trenton. Here is the first of three successive duplicate 35mm color slides by John Dziobko, Jr., that were taken at the Passenger Station in Trenton, New Jersey, on 28 November 1953. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1120, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during July of 1917, streamlined in 1940, and retired in December of 1954 after 37 years of faithful service. The slide mount is annotated "The Nellie Bly." The photographer's name and the road number of the PRR "Doodlebug" at the far right are not recorded. ("Stoneborobranch"; #12 of 19)
