Earlier in the day, I observed both BOP and RVSC occupying the same part of the Mission line. BOP attempted to clear RVSC by ducking into the spur. During the haste, BOP did not align flop-over derail. Poor 96 ended up on the ground. BOP spent the night under watchful eyes of BOP security (out of sight on right). It took me 3 attempts to sneak this shot without being confronted. Two men had previously told me to move on, "Nothing to see here". except for a BOP oopsie.

The front truck is derailed. The derail worked as intended.
