That's 807, not my baby 207, and yes, she was scrapped after this wreck. 830 also burned in this wreck.

They must of repaired 807 because Amtrak is restoring it now

The wreck was Sunday night, March 14, 1999. This was probably taken the morning of the 16th, as there is no hint of smoke. The line was reopened the morning of the 17th, and I took photos of the wreck site from Amtrak 58 that morning.
