Here is a photo by Charles E. Winters that was taken in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on 23 April 1947. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3890, an A-5S (0-4-0) switcher built in Juniata during March of 1924 and retired in May of 1951 after 27 years of faithful service.
