Here is an image of a photo by Edward Kaspriske that was taken near Kearny, New Jersey, c. 1968. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9479, an AS-6 switcher built by the American Locomotive Company as number "8879" in December of 1950, rated at 660 horsepower, and renumbered "9479" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. Edward Kaspriske Collection.
